An anon prompted me to do some digging on the House of Reps
It is my theory that Trump and Q team, to get the most bang for their buck, should wait until the new congress is sworn in. In January, once the newly elected Reps are confirmed then declas. Obviously start the ball rolling before that (we are seeing this now)
Why?
Because they have to have special elections. Unlike the Senate the Governor of the state cannot simply assign a replacement. THERE MUST BE SPECIAL ELECTIONS.
