Dont know if its been talked about, but here is what I dug up about Sen. Warren and the CPA.

https:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumer_Financial_Protection_Bureau

(I know wikipedia sucks balls}

>In July 2010, Congress passed the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, during the 111th United States Congress in response to the Late-2000s recession and financial crisis.[2] The agency was originally proposed in 2007 by Harvard Law School professor Elizabeth Warren.<

So this was basically set up by Warren. (slush-fund, corruption, infiltration)

Senator Warren wanted English as head of the CPA over POTUS pick Mick Mulvaney.

You could smell her absolute butthurt.

This article states that there would be no new funding for the CPA, at least until the end of this year.

>Forty Senate Democrats - led by Senators Jeff Merkley, Sherrod Brown and Elizabeth Warren - wrote Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Minority Leader Chuck Schumer that reducing the CFPB's funding would adversely impact its ability to conduct independent investigations and protect consumers. They view Mulvaney's latest request as a further move to defund and weaken the CFPB.<
