I posted these earlier. In light of Q's new comments, I am posting again. I think that POTUS' tweets are referencing the Special Counsel v Independent Counsel.
Note the difference in how the IC was selected to how the now SC is appointed.

How could they call for an investigation? They couldn't, they were complicit.
