The key here is Americans knowing what WE have. I too am a hippy, and I live in the West and I'm 100% on board with the legit concerns about how these nasty assholes have poisoned the land and people out here, but….
Once Americans know what they have, and once the world realizes we can and will use our own energy, it puts POTUS in a MUCH better position to make deals that benefit us.
I'm not saying we won't be using that energy, but we have a whole Nation to rebuild, almost all of it, and we need energy that we can depend on and afford. Plus, it gets people back to work, and that raises the MAGA Profile and morale and the economy for all of us.
It's not the "be-all end-all", but as someone who is from a HUGE energy town, this is MASSIVE. we have all known that we were getting fucked into losing our jobs while making SA richer.
