They did NOT do mind control with drugs.
They either used drugs to disrupt the mind, to soften it up for mind control, or to manipulate the state of mind and place it in the correct state of rest for the psychologist to administer the mind control training.
Some of this was known by the Nazis and used in the Weimar republic. You can see it portrayed in the TV series Babylon Berlin if you recognize the signs. Read the CIA MK-Ultra docs, and the attached discussion of DID and you ought to be able to recognize where people might be using full-blown Monarch, or perhaps just the conditioning used as a prelude to choosing a candidate for Monarch.
A lot of people you didn't expect, are using conditioning techniques. Teachers, late night comedians, preachers. They are preparing people so that the serious people can choose someone that is known to respond to mind control techniques. However, the serious people, go all the way. Torture, full shattering of the mind, installation of a system of many alternate personalities and triggers to switch them. If the USA has so much petroleum, then why now USE it and BURN it to make cement, and build CONCRETE houses in WILDFIRE-prone areas, and in TORNADO-prone areas and in HURRICANE-prone areas. Keep the trees in the forests so that there is more room for folks to go camping and see the deer and the wolves.
Look at the EMERGY analysis of concrete buildings. Lower embodied energy, and longer lifetime, makes for a wealthier country. Take the bullet train from New York to Kansas City interchange station, go on a tour of the underground city, then on another bullet train to LA to complete the holiday.
