I need your help. Hive mind help.
See the attached document. I am attempting to decode some things in it and decode some others.
Top left corner:
Derived from: FBI NGISC
WHAT IS NGISC?
Right margin:
b-1
b3-1
b7A-1
etc
I believe these are part of a protocol for classification. I have not been able to determine if these notations refer to a person/position in government or maybe the conditions by which the classification is justified.
My suppositions could be all wrong and you might know or have an idea I haven't considered.
