Did I see this guy on a live feed or other video??

Was watching something where they wanted to get the word out about behind the scenes shady stuff…. this guy may have been someone who had been kidnapped? that part didn't make sense to me because the guy was in the room with the person and the person speaking wasn't the one who kidnapped him. I thought it was weird at the time, but if this is the same guy it's even weirder now. did anyone else see that video?
