Yeah but you think about how a person gets promoted in a big corporation, they either rise up thru the ranks over many years due to outstanding performance, or sometimes the board of directors selects a CEO from outside the company. The directors are generally "independent" people not employees of the company and they have a duty to shareholders. So you have to ask yourself if Rex is such a dunce how did he end up in the position of CEO? Board of Directors may have to answer for placing an incompetent into that position?
