I have suspected for a while that Q and Q+ are not the same person, but have always lurked because we should always lurk more.

Q has now confirmed Q+ is not Q and with Q+ confirmed as Q0, I make the argument Q+ is the commander of this operation.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I argue that Q+ has been the sitting president of the United States communicating with Us, Q, and other Operators and participants, which the President basically outright confirmed with a AF1 Callsign of Q0.

The interesting question for any free thinking ambitious report to ask is not who is Q, but "Mr. President, are you Q+?"
