Video skips at 18:16. I've noticed random skips in previous WH videos. Donald discusses many things and it contains some interesting language.

When the video skips, Don is saying "it's an incredible story, I've read the story, I've seen it; many of you have seen" 18:16 || "this cooperation more important than when it comes to enforcing our nations immigration laws…". After the skip, Don is doing his signature 'OK' hand symbol (Q) (break the cycle).

What number is between 18 and 16? Knowing what I know, I'm inclined to think that even this is not a coincidence.
