there are strong similarities between the songs but i doubt they had to pay. it's law. you don't have to pay for a song that inspired you to right another song. under pressure and ice ice baby are great examples. lawsuits and all it was judged that the songs were different enough and laws were passed defining how different songs had to be to avoid royalties.
fox may or may not have made it very similar to magic sword but we don't know.
this conversation is turning into a bit of a slide (at least for me) so i'm done and back to digging. as far as i'm concerned, fox playing the exact same song in the NXIVM and CF videos is good enough and what Q wanted us to notice. if magic sword is involved, either they or Q should point to it. otherwise we don't know
