Never heard of it before today. Found this (PDF & sauce). Not sure if relevant or what it means if it is.

I am not fucking lazy. I searched for it online (after seeing it was zero on my phone) and found many, many, many definitions of Q0.
Thanks for telling me it was a call sign. Of course, I must be lazy and dumb for not having that specific knowledge from the plane fags.
