Part of the “social manipulation” of course involves the use of the mass media and instrumentality of the state to suppress not only the flying saucer technology, but also other powerful technology. Trump 12, head of the government’s Office of Scientific Research and Development, Technical Aids, Div. 14, N.T.R.C (predecessor agency to the CIA’s Office of Scientific Intelligence), “nothing of any value was contained”, and there was “no reason to retain” custody of Tesla’s effects.
