Ian Wishart (born 1964) is a New Zealand journalist, author and publisher, and the editor of Investigate magazine. He is a conservative Christian, a denier of the scientific theory of anthropogenic climate change, and has been described as a "professional controversialist".

Ms Helen Clark is a former NZ PM (Labour Party) and the former UN Administrator for the UNDG – Think Haiti, child sex abuse scandals by UN civilian staff, forced sterilisations of women and girls et al.

As far as I’m aware Mr Wishart was never taken to court over a single thing he wrote in the book about her time as NZ PM and that included exposing Ms Clarks hidden lesbianism. Politicians didn’t nickname the group of powerful women she gathered around her the ‘Lesbian Mafia’ for nothing!
