If you look at the interview with David R. by Benjamin Fulford it's clearly shows that David believed, and acted as though, the USA was his property. ;; What he wanted to do with it was up to him And he was obviously behind the scenes - since while talking as he did, going to meet the Emperor of Japan, he had no formal post in the U.S. government.
I highly recommend listening to the interview. Perhaps it was granted because Fulford himself was/is a Rockefeller and this gave him cred for his career?
