Google search Moie and we find an French Polynesian island for sale which goes by Moie but more formally Motu Moie. Completely private island currently owned by man named Jim Arthur or more distinctly like this.

Thank you! It is making my head hurt since I don't read French very well and searching who in the US owns the Polynesian French holding company Au Bout Du Monde SARL is crazy making. Some sites want me to purchase the incorporating docs but I don't want to go there until I feel more certain I have found the right company. Wheeeeeee!
