As I posted a night or two ago a young man whose dad is near and dear to me died of a heroin overdose earlier this week. 20 years old. A baby really. Two months clean and relapsed. No doubt fentanyl will be found in the toxicology report. This is the third young man in six weeks that I have known to die. If I go back a few more months, I can count five. This is a rural area; not the barrio. The kids today are doing heroin like my generation smoked pot. They are dying left and right. And families don't post cause of death it in the obituaries b/c they feel shame. Or don't want to besmirch their loved one's memories. Tonight I am feeling sad but underneath I am livid. Our youngsters, especially young men, are being culled before our very eyes. And we hang our heads in shame or speak platitudes to the families. Fuck that. We ALL should be outraged. We're all a bunch of lily livered faggots if we don't take THIS fight to the streets.

Yes, Anon. You are more articulate than I. But yes, this is what I mean about the heroin/fentanyl/opioid "epidemic". Which ties into illegal immigration, MS13, big pharma/ political campaign contributions, and on and on. We should storm DC or at least our state capitals demanding this shit stop.
