When the USSR fell apart, I expected the Soviet army to turn against the people and prevent the fragmentation of the USSR. That did not happen (at least on a large scale, I think there were some isolated incidents.) It's not automatic that the police and army will fight against their own people, as this example shows.

Wow, the protests really wound down after Macron pulled back on the gas taxes. I don't even see any yellow vests on the streets of Paris today on the live RT video feed. It's just a normal Saturday there, tourists out and about, with the Eiffel Tower closed because … why was that again?

Interesting idea. I was wondering how Europe would be cleaned up, with the cabal holding leadership positions throughout western Europe. If the military acted against the government directly, that could be perceived as an illegitimate coup. But if there is a popular uprising, and the military sides with the people, that would be a cleaner way to achieve the same objective. So perhaps this is all orchestrated with the timing needed for the Plan. No basis for that, but as a strategic concept it's a nice one.
