Don't be taking no damned worthless vitamins. Just get some SUN. Vitamin D, if I understand correctly, comes from the skin absorbing some rays. Daily moderate intake is advised - this includes on the face in wintertime. Maybe 15 mins to 30 mins a day. Just driving to f'n work gets sun on your arms and face. Really simple stuff.
Consequently, Vitamin D doesn't leave the body easily and we can overdose through vits.
