I happen to know that a major French supplier of trains and electric utility equipment (think generators, transmission grid, substations, etc) white-labels Huawei communications technology (routers, switches, etc) in their installations worldwide.

Though NOT in America, because of cyber-security concerns.

 

But the rest of the world likely has built-in backdoors for the Chinese in much of their utility infrastructure.
