I'm no medfag, but I've worked around healthcare professionals enough to know how they talk. Read the first paragraph in the news article:

“When George W. Bush was told his father George H.W. Bush "only had minutes to live" last week, the former president immediately called him.”

I’ve never heard a physician speak like this ever in my life, and that’s because no physician would ever state a situation like this: “only had minutes to live.” Because it’s not possible to know how long someone has to live. In any situation. Ever.

I think this is Bush 43 telling the word in code that something nefarious happened to his father, Bush 41.
