Air Force 1 is supposed to be the Call-Sign when the president is aboard. The Call-Sign was changed to Q 0.

Q post 2564 could be a Q Operator aboard but he doesn't have the power to change the Call-Sign from Air Force 1, only the POTUS can do that. Notice the hint in Q 2564 about using a "phone's + = 0" and POTUS always uses a "phone".

I suspect he didn't know that to get a + to show up on a phone that you simply hold the key down until it appears. It's common to use it where I am.
