The company I work for is a NYSE traded LLC.
JUST our plant, out of 46 Nationwide(I believe) makes around $30-33 MILLION annually.
Why should the (less than 20) workers be paid less than $30k a year for actually making the product that goes out the door, while those who sit on their ass and make phone calls get six figure incomes?
Hmm, January/Merger/US..you may want to look into who runs/owns your company. That could be indictment material there.
