FOX News legal expert and best-selling author Gregg Jarrett UNLOADED on the New York State acting Attorney General Robert Khuzami and the “snot-nosed kids” and “morons” who put together the nonsensical and flimsy accusations against Michael Cohen and targeting Donald Trump.

Gregg Jarrett went off on the novice leftists at the New York Attorney General’s office for not knowing the law and putting together such an amateurish legal document.

Robert Khuzami, the “Acting” US Attorney, filed a sentencing memo claiming President Trump organized illegal payments. Khuzami doesn’t know the law. Non-disclosure contracts are legal in every state. It’s not an illegal campaign contribution. Not a crime. Khuzami is wrong.

Trump did not use campaign funds. A candidate may make unlimited contributions to his own campaign. Yet, Robert Khuzami convinced Cohen, a liar and tax cheat, to plead guilty to a non-crime. Khuzami wants to be the guy who brings down the President.

Look at the four attorneys who signed the Cohen sentencing memo under Robert Khuzami’s name. Griswold, Maimin, McKay and Roos. They’re all kids. No real experience. They don’t know anything about the law. They don’t understand the Federal Campaign Election Act.

Frankly, it should be against the law to allow a bunch of snot-nosed kids, fresh out of law school, to file a federal court document that contorts the law in a deliberate effort to implicate the President in wrongdoing. Did they even read the law? Comprehend it? Morons.

Gregg Jarrett has argued for months that using your own money and not campaign funds to pay off former lovers.

Jarrett told Hannity you can make unlimited contributions to his own campaign.

MAGA conservatives assembled on Thursday for an interesting, yet thus far poorly attended new political conference, where political figures (both long and short lived) offered their opinions to a mostly empty room, according to Politico.

Held at the Marriott Wardman Park in Woodley Park - home to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) for several years, the first-ever American Priority Conference featuring the likes of Roger Stone, Anthony Scaramucci, Stefan Molyneux and George Papadopoulos.

Also there were social media commentators Mike Cernovich and Laura Loomer - who was recently banned from Twitter.

Stone took the stage, condemning the "Russia collusion delusion," along with the Obama administration for spying on the Trump campaign - accusing the FBI of "planting faux-Russian collusion."

Israeli Military Fires Warning Shots And Plants Sensors On Separation Line With Lebanon

The Israeli military fired warning shots at three supposed personnel of Hezbollah who approached one of its units while it was carrying out a mission near the separation line with Lebanon as a part of Operation Northern Shield, Lieutenant Colonel Avichay Adraee, a spokesman for the Israeli military, announced on December 8.

“The Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] warns from approaching the area near the fence or its operation to discover and neutralize the terrorist tunnels. Anyone who tries to approach and sabotage the IDF efforts will be risking his life,” Adraee said on Twitter.

From its side, the Hezbollah media wing said that the personnel who approached the separation line were of the Lebanese military intelligence. According to the source, a unit of the Israeli military was planting vibration sensors next to the fence when the incident occurred.

The Israeli military launched Operation Northern Shield on December 4 to destroy cross-border tunnels between Lebanon and Israel. So far, only two short tunnels have been allegedly discovered.

Today’s incident shows that the situation in southern Lebanon may escalate further. Two days ago, Israeli Prime Minister warned that the Israeli military may have to operate in Lebanon to counter the threat of Hezbollah tunnels.

Neocons Sabotage Trump's Trade Talks - Huawei CFO Taken Hostage To Blackmail China

CNN reports that White House chief of staff John Kelly is expected to resign soon. There have been similar rumors before, but this time the news may actually be true. That is bad for Trump and U.S. policies. Kelly is one a the few counterweights to national security advisor John Bolton. His replacement will likely be whoever Bolton chooses. That will move contFrol over Trump policies further into the hands of the neo-conservatives.

It was Bolton who a week ago intentionally damaged U.S. relations with China.

The U.S. Justice Department arranged for Canada to arrest the chief financial officer of Huawei, Meng Wanzhou, over alleged U.S. sanctions violations with regards to Iran. The case is not over the sanction Trump recently imposed, but over an alleged collision with the sanction regime before the nuclear deal with Iran. The details are still unknown.

Meng Wanzhou is a daughter of the founder and main owner of Huawei, Ren Zhengfei, and was groomed to be his successor. The company is extremely well regarded in China. It is one of its jewel pieces and, with 170,000 employees and $100 billion in revenues, an important political actor.

The arrest on December 1 happened while president Trump was negotiating with president Xi of China about trade relations. Trump did not know about the upcoming arrest but Bolton was informed of it:

While the Justice Department did brief the White House about the impending arrest, Mr. Trump was not told about it. And the subject did not come up at the dinner with Mr. Xi.

Mr. Trump’s national security adviser, John R. Bolton, said on NPR that he knew about the arrest in advance, ..

Bolton surely should have informed Trump before his dinner with Xi, in which Bolton took part, but he didn't.
