When I watch this documentary about the people behind WW1 that structure of their organization jumped out at me. It is similar to the Council of 13 / Committee of 300 that we hear about.

I watched all three parts. It seems pretty good.
But I'm not sure about this Cobert Report guy. One one hand, this stuff about an Anglo-American cabal sound about right. On the other hand, he talks about chemtrails, he's against the Saudi purge, and he's pals with Corsi. So take it with a grain of salt.
