Stories are 'put out' for a reason. IIRC the context at the time was a Musk tweet that showed something spoopy, Q was intimating that it was 'put out' to distract us from something else.

Well that was my attempt to explain what it meant - you put out (as in "put it out there") a story to distract. E Musk put out a tweet wrt UFO specifically meant to distract, which Q stated.
