The answer is NO! Macrons's armored police vehicles DO NOT HAVE EU LOGOS, except for one from the small town of Hermes in Picardie which has been redeployed to Paris. It is one of the few ancient APCs that has had its aging engine replaced with a new one using some EU budget money, which is why it has the EU logo on it. Remember, in the EU, that means France, etc., it is common to put the EU on something that gets the equivalent of Federal funding in the USA.
