Ah, I see… Talk about the absurdity of dragons.
The circle, triangle, and the square are some old symbols. The square is the Earth, Triangle the moon/stars, and the circle the Sun.
This symbolism survived into parts of asia. Fun fact, the Naruto series uses the square, triangle, and circle in an inscribed pattern for their symbol of Jashin.
The amount of stuff I, apparently, found in my completely random dig into proving Naruhina is absolutely bizarre to me.
Anyway - I am not sure that the symbols, themselves, are denoting any type of alignment or another. As you go even farther back in terms of religious/spiritual beliefs, things get almost oddly more advanced from the time of Babylon and the times before.
If you go with many eastern themes, the Moon governs the world of the sleeping. It is a state of being spiritually asleep - 'the daily grind', so to speak. A state of general following or reaction to stimulus. Shinto holds this is Tsukuyomi, who came from the right eye of Izanagi.
The stars are the guides during the night. They not only help us understand the cycles of the world, but are a reminder of the coming day - a reminder to become spiritually awake. In the Shinto religion, this is Susano'o, who came from Izanagi's nose.
The sun is, obviously, the light of day and the energy that drives the world. It represents the waking state of being alert and proactive. The goddess Amaterasu presided over this domain (from Izanagi's left eye - contrast with the left eye of Horus) until Satsuki Kiryuin, the Yellow Dragon Empress ascended to godhood and claimed the title of Sun Goddess, herself, by becoming Amaterasu.
… I jest - but am also trying to highlight the blatant symbolism of Kill la Kill. Seriously - anons into studying symbolism in media have no idea until they've seen Kill la Kill.
Fanshillfagging aside - this all comes back to the origins of humanity and the blood lines. Kaguya was of a space faring species who took an interest in the fruit of a tree. From her sealing, her son gifted humanity with ninja magic power and families developed special abilities out of that magic, to become the major clans holding power and influence in the series.
Which is pretty damned close to what is going on out there. If you can… Believe it.
Dub jokes aside, some interesting people took some note of my digs into the lore and symbolism… And one in particular was very curious to know if I was a mason. For a bunch of kids in an anime fandom, they were sure keen on secret society philosophies and dealings. The one who was interested in my possible masonic affiliation also had an odd habit of "writing stories"… Generally very refined way of speaking. Extremely proper. Hinted at some interesting ideas about disenfranchised nobility around the time of World War 1, found some interesting correlations to a Montenegrin noble line.
The world is an interesting place. My thinking may be a but too expanded and prone to embracing the sensational, but the belief that the people you meet on the internet are all just nobodies is not exactly a rational thought to begin with as it is an exceptional person who ventures into the forums of the internet in the first place.
