If they're just near Area 51, then it doesn't mean anything. Area 51 is located in the test ranges that are part of Nellis AFB, and exercises like this are always conducted there.
However, if the planes actually fly into Area 51 airspace, then something is up. That airspace is restricted, even to military aircraft.

The majority of the planes are out of Dyess, not Nellis. And exercises aren't typically conducted on weekends. I'm not convinced this explains what we're seeing
