If Q is a combo of Bannon, JFK Jr, Trump, Flynn, Assange, etc. then we’d all believe and somewhat expect it.
That’s why there are only two possibilities I, personally, would find hard to believe:

Sophia the AI robot - think timing. SA granted her citizenship right before the storm started. Then Trump visits SA shortly after and pits his hands on the glowing orb (Sophia’s brain?). Then Q comes online and The Storm starts. An AI with access to all the information on the internet, who may or may not have been beta tested to create game theory puzzle shit over the past decade (cicada, tengri, etc. - did I mention cicadas only emerge every 17 years!?) could easily create a puzzle game designed to organically prepare the public for the release of information that would have otherwise caused great civil unrest - if not the end of the world.
The only other “unbelievable”?option for Q:
