Good catch. The Treasury letter said that the money was sent to De Nederlandsche Bank, which is in Amersterdam:

Don't know if they have branches in Sweden.

Treasury letter says money delivered to DNB. DNB has no branches in Geneva. Unless either the plane started in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmรถ, or if they decided to transport $400 million from one of those cities to the plane (yeah, right).

Are there flight records for planes that go back that far? Swiss Air Force T-785, Jan 19, 2016 records needed.
