The Parisians got the world's attention. The Brexiteers are still getting screwed over big time by the British media, who are worse than ours. Nastier, less tolerant and moar afraid of being jailed for hate speech. Which they ought to be, because most of what they say is truly hateful–praising antifa and tearing down the Brexiteers. in the interview Corey Lynn just did with an ex-Senator from Haiti, she asked questions about the concrete business–the corruption and also the Clinton's dealings in concrete on Haiti. She probably knows a lot about what concrete means. It's about 2/3 of the way thru the interview, I didn't get into it because she didn't provide a context (which departed from other topics) and it's very hard to understand the guy talking. But you could check it out or even contact her is you're really wanting to know.
