Maybe, but I think kids growing up with FPS video games, slasher/ violent movies and Gangsta culture has desensitized them to murder & death.
Not to mention each kid shooter has been on neuro drugs and therapy. Cabal probably finds it easier to control a young fucked up mind than an old dog set in its ways
