I don't know what the United States can do, but I do know what Jesus Christ can do for you and your countrymen. I am an American Christian and I can tell you that for many of us conditions have been similar. I live in the so-called "Bible belt" and it is a different culture than New York and California. This is the conservative heartland of America and we elected Trump. He is not enough. No man except Jesus, the Son of God can fix what ails us. Yet, despite a year in the psych wards of U.S. Federal prison I'm not afraid or hopeless. You might begin to encourage yourself from the Gospels. Reading Psalms and Proverbs will also help your mind to grow in faith. As a final note I want to recommend the writing of Johnathan Kahn a messianic Jew who described the eerie parallels between the Bible and current times. I think Trump is a lot like Biblical Jehu who was used to bring down Jezebel but did not turn Israel fully back to proper worship of God.
