Having the Supreme Court rule on every detail is a bad idea. The bait is planned parenthood in the first place. The switch is that Scotus ruling on this case opens up legal precedent and/or contradicts a prior ruling which would open up the door for contesting other legislation in the lower courts.
Patience. Now is the time to get the plans ready and to sow the seed in social media. Plant the seed of truth.
