I am a Christian, otherwise I would pray for his death. The only people who benefit from health insurance on the exchanges are people who qualify for government subsidies. If your income is above a certain amount you are automatically shunted into choosing from health plans that have ridiculously high monthly premiums and deductibles that are so high that you probably won't be able to use the insurance anyway.
You would be amazed to know how many working middle class people have no health insurance these days. It was never this bad until the Obamacare mess.
POTUS said he would address this by forcing deregulation so that more companies could cross state borders and offer more affordable health insurance options. Looks like he forgot about that.
