They're only supposed to have a Vne of 518 kts.
Maybe the ADSB exhange is recording ground speed.
They only have at the most 16 of 'em. Probably only, say 12 flight worthy. No worries.
Makes sense. Likely calculates it from ADS-B xponder GPS squawks. So they have a tail wind - pilots love tail winds!

the Reg. number is usually the bureau number (naval/USMC only I think) AF/Army uses A/C SerNo.
