USA Volunteer Outreach | Children and Orphans in the United States

United States of America | National Flag

“This country will not be a good place for any of us to live in unless we make it a good place for all of us to live in.” ~Theodore Roosevelt

As one nation, the United States of America, we strive to uphold a certain divine providence on behalf of the human race. The future of our human race lies within the hands of our children. Seeds of knowledge and good nature that we can instill in our children become the foundation of benevolence for generations to come.

military-dad-babyIn the United States of America, almost 25% total population is comprised of children 17 and under, many of which are in need of additional sources of healthy nurturing that can address the physical and emotional consequences from economic, social, and cultural issues that present themselves on both regional and national levels. Children are faced with problems such as domestic violence and post-traumatic stress disorder, due to a generalized inability to cope with stress in when presented with traumatic life events.

militray-mom-and-childWhen a natural disaster hits a community, such as hurricane Katrina & oil spills within the Gulf Coast region, there is a decimation of people’s lives, jobs, and optimism. As well as adults, children have the need to find ways to cope with such catastrophes.

With our nation’s current involvement in the Middle East, there are many families that are broken apart when a parent, friend, or family member is deployed to serve for our country’s armed forces. The stress of separation from a loved one is intense, and losing a loved one to war casualty seems unfathomable to the innocent mind and heart of a child. The rate of PTSD within children is growing each day, many of these unenviable hindrances cry aloud for the remedies that will heal the American youth, providing nurturing love and tools for healthy development, despite the odds.

Realizing the importance of congruence among all nations worldwide, LKF believes that our mission of outreaching to children is not limited to foreign countries, but rather the “in”-reach, right within our own communities. We don’t have to travel to reach within, to advocate and aid the children of all ages that are distressed within the United States.

The Liddle Kidz Foundation is committed to our children’s future. It is our goal to provide innovate care and positive tools for our children within the hallmarks of their lives, bringing the imminence of peace and well-being for generations of children to come.
