I'd like to know this. I'm on 150mg of effexor. Been on paxil before that for 17 years. I'm actually having a bad episode now. I hate being on this stuff, but didn't know any better as a teen taking it.
Glad you find some peace of mind. This shit is debilitating at times. And people just don't get it. The physical shit, the heavy laden arms, the weakness. The lack of energy. Sucks. I'm inspired by your post but I cant miss enough work to go through the symptoms of getting off effexor.
