Regarding man in Antarctica kneeling with Q sign.

To not see his height and be found out maybe. I missed it, but I do remember seeing a similar picture in 1 of the breads PRIOR to this particular pic. It could have even been a day or 2 prior to the man in black kneeling down with his red jacket ( previous pic I saw here) chucked to the ground behind him.
