I just cannot see us opting for an extra-U.S. judicial system, more especially so in light of the current situation. The whole point is to stop putting other nations' and organizations' canon of laws above our national sovereignty. I could see us withdraw completely from the U.N. before taking U.S. criminals before a court in The Hague. The Hague won't happen IMO.
