Interesting what she says in the beginning. When they showed up for this rally her phone battery was at 80% then her phone and a friends were dead all of a sudden, zero power.
Do they have something that can do that? suck power from a phone, without person knowing?
Are they killing phones to stop people from communicating during protests?
