This is a terrific resource for what's what in Antarctica (or anywhere else for that matter). Reading contract details may sound boring, but it really isn't - it paints a picture - sometimes really cool and sometimes not.

As an example the first Antarctic contract looks like it should have gone to Lockheed (they sort from highest to lowest) AND that the contract amount was ~$100M. However, when you read the details it went to a company in Gaithersburg, Md. called Leidos Innovation AND the total potential for that contract is >$2.7 Billion. What you saw originally was just a transaction amount - not the full contract potential amount. If you run the DUNS# on the contract back through, you see that Leidos has gabillions of USG contract dollars and is also in the business of Biomedicals. Talk about spider webs and rabbit holes.
