I think the tech companies got together and decided to autogenerate hashed char combination names for photos for digital fingerprinting purposes.
Like a public/private key pair hash alg but proprietary so they can pin point originator of photo by just filename
Fakebook “fingerprints” all users photos via color barcode-ish discoloration on edge of uploaded user photos. Very small embedded qr type codes which hold user data.
Fakebook tramp stamps all your photos so you are just stupid cattle to them. All your photos(and data) are belong to Muckleborg
