Doubtful anon. Even the C-130 and C-17 missions that ferry people and equipment to the bases down there operate out of Christchurch, NZ. That's a VERY long flight down. What we saw the other night was a replay of what happened last year: an Exercise. An Exercise for what, though, is still in question.
