The known "speculation" on weather modification includes the recently hyped sulfur method, but also aluminum particulates. We "know" they do it privately before publicly.
There are people that have been living out there for 20 years or more who can't grow crops in their yards like they used to, who have alzheimer's in droves at middle age, who measured their own soil samples and see 1500x the normal limits after plane trails.
The scientists willing to complain about what's going on out there have a solid understanding of the real aluminum risks (alzheimer's, ASD, MS, etc. via BBB penetration, infiltration of microglia, and massive encephalitis).
Respectfully, we have a smoking gun with aluminum. Who's to say (assuming this is afterward) what was experienced wasn't an aftermath phenomenon?
