Advanced ET races don't use money the way we do. The monetary market system was literally imported by dark forces from Orion.
Actually none of the most known ones (pleiadians, arcturians, sirians, andromedians…) use money at all. Everything is either given straight away or by meritocracy.

They can talk or use telepathy.
They have many languages depending on where they live. Even the Pleiades star cluster has many varied languages.
Some need to put poo in loo but I've heard more advanced ones sublimate their waste through pores or something. Or maybe that's b.s., I don't know.
On higher developed worlds you don't age at all or age very slowly, because the spiritual life-force is high and cells don't shorten the telomeres and whatnot.
It's a massive Universe on many different dimensions/densities/frequencies corresponding to levels of spiritual development. Our level is the shittiest one, by far.
