Seems like a good idea. Throw tens of thousands of dollars at an 18, 19, 20 year-old who has no clue how money works and has never even seen that much money and say "Follow your dreams." Pfft if I had followed my dreams, I'd be $250k in debt with very little, if anything, to show for it. Well something has to be done about it or the market will do something about it. Declining enrollment is already hitting schools where it hurts. Wonder how many dumbass parents will send their kids to school when a BS/BA costs a million bucks at a state school. Millennials certainly won't. Not when it's the reason why we as a generation can't afford to buy a house or even have kids. Neither will Gen Z. So these diploma mills will collapse one way or another. Ending the student loan program will simply hasten their demise.

She had $15k in the bank and said she couldn't afford to move to DC. I know rent is expensive there but if $15k doesn't cover first and last month's rent plus security deposit then…she's got a champagne taste on a beer budget. Oh well she's gonna start lining her pockets with our money soon enough. Insider trading, blah blah blah. She'll be a fuckin millionaire before the end of her first term.
