I believe that reference to Offset is the type of book u should use for Art of Deal. Needs to be one printed offset. I believe that is prob one of the first editions of the book or at least not paper back.
The time of tweet should be using EST. I believe adding the numbers will give you the cypher key so a time of 3:05pm would be + or - 8, or it could be using army time so 15:05 would be + or - 11 or adding the 11 would be + or - 2.
Problem is not knowing if I should only take the Capital letters or full word in the tweet. In addition they might be using a box format. Listing the letters across and down. So there would be words like a cross word puzzle.
