HAH! Google CEO Drops Bomb on Liberal Hack Rep. Nadler and His Russian Conspiracy

On Tuesday Google CEO Sundar Pichai testified before the House Judiciary Committee.

Pichai was called into Congress to explain Google business practices including data collection and targeting of conservative voices.

During questioning liberal hack Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), the incoming Judiciary Chairman, grilled Pichai on Russia’s influence on Google during the 2016 election.

Google CEO Pichai immediately put an end to that conspiracy.

Rep. Nadler: In media reports Google found evidence that Russian agents spent thousands of dollars to purchase ads on its advertising platforms that span multiple Google products as part of the agents, the Russian agents’ campaign to interfere in the election two years ago… Does Google now know the full extent to which its online platforms were exploited by Russian actors in the election two years ago?

Sundar Pichai: We undertook a very thorough investigation and in 2016 we now know that there were two main ad accounts linked to Russia which advertised on Google for about $4,700 in advertising.

Or about a drop of water in Lake Michigan.

But this won’t stop Democrats from pushing their conspiracy that Russia interfered with Google ads during the election.

Google is Top Donor for Dem Rep. Nadler – Who Claims Google Hearing is Based On Right-Wing ‘Fantasy’

Google is the top donor to Democrat Rep. Jerrold Nadler — who claimed that Google’s political bias is a “fantasy dreamed up by some conservatives,” during Tuesday’s hearing with the company’s CEO.

The New York Democrat accepted $26,458 from Alphabet Inc., Google’s parent company, from 2017-2018.

Nadler called Republicans on the committee liars before claiming that bias in Silicon Valley is a “conspiracy theory.”

“Before we delve into these questions, I must first dispense with a completely illegitimate issue, which is the fantasy dreamed up by some conservatives that Google and other online platforms have an anti-conservative bias,” said Nadler, ranking member of the committee. “As I have said repeatedly, no credible evidence supports this right-wing conspiracy theory. I have little doubt that my Republican colleagues will spent time presenting a laundry list of anecdotes and out-of-context statements made by Google employees as supposed evidence of anti-conservative bias. None of that will make it true.”

Obviously, the anti-conservative bias is true — and was further confirmed by the latest leaked emails published on Monday by Allum Bokhari of Breitbart News.

“Emails leaked exclusively to Breitbart News reveal that a group of Google employees, with encouragement from the tech giant’s director of monetization, began plotting the downfall of this website shortly after the 2016 election,” Bokhari reports.

The group targeted Breitbart to search for violations of their hate-speech policies so that they could demonetize the website.

“Even if Google were to deliberately discriminate against conservative viewpoints, just as Fox News and Sinclair Broadcasting, conservative radio hosts like Rush Limbaugh, discriminate against liberal points of view, that would be its rights as a private company to do so, not to be questioned by government,” Nadler continued.

What Nadler doesn’t understand — or hoped that everyone else wouldn’t — is that those are publications. They don’t pretend to be neutral platforms that are not liable for the content posted to their websites or airing on their shows. Apples and oranges.

Nadler was also quick to give a pro-Google speech during a committee hearing earlier this year when Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft testified.

Moscow ready to release correspondence with US on alleged Russian election meddling

Russia is prepared to declassify all correspondences with the US related to alleged meddling in the American presidential election in 2016, according to a senior official of the Cyber Threats Response Center.

“We are ready to make public all correspondence if the US side gives its consent to it,” Nikolai Murashov, deputy director of the FSB-run CTRC, told reporters on Tuesday. These files are now classified, he said.

Washington’s cooperation in probing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) hacking attacks was limited, the official said. Moscow had only received a number of messages “containing technical information about the hack,” Murashov explained.

Russian cyber security experts examined it even before Donald Trump’s inauguration. “An exhaustive response was then sent to the American side.”

The US, for its part, is reluctant to collaborate with Russia on ensuring the security of cyberspace, he said, adding Washington “unilaterally blocked” bilateral efforts.

Almost two years ago, the DNC case spearheaded claims that the Kremlin had a hand in the 2016 election – an allegation that Moscow has called ‘ridiculous’.

Assaults on computer networks frequently make headlines around the world, with Russia being a convenient suspect, Murashov said. However, claims that Moscow is meddling in other countries’ affairs “are never substantiated by reliable technical data that could be analyzed by experts.”

In the meantime, Russia itself is a constant target of such attacks launched from abroad. The center, which was set up by the FSB earlier this year, recorded over four billion attempts to disrupt Russian computer networks and servers, it has been revealed.

One such attack took place two days before the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi with the intrusion coming from the US, Canada, Thailand and Malaysia. “Early in the morning on February 5 the Olympic Games’ servers were subjected to massive computer attacks,” Murashov said.

The hackers managed to create a “global bot network” that included over 100,000 computers hijacked by the malware all around the world.
